1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using the ClickDutch Chrome extension or visiting clickdutch.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

ClickDutch is a browser extension that provides Dutch-to-multilingual word translations, grammar information, and vocabulary learning tools. Pro subscriptions unlock additional features on both the ClickDutch extension and the companion EasyDutchNews learning platform at easydutchnews.com. The service is provided by EasyDutchNews.

3. Free and Pro Plans

ClickDutch offers a free plan with core translation features and a paid Pro plan with additional vocabulary, flashcard, and learning features.

• The free plan is available indefinitely at no cost
• Pro subscriptions are available on a monthly or yearly billing cycle and are charged at the price shown at time of purchase
• New Pro subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial if you cancel before it ends
• You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period
• A Pro subscription also unlocks Pro features on easydutchnews.com

4. User Accounts

Using ClickDutch requires signing in with a Google account. The same account is used for both Free and Pro plans. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not share your account credentials with others.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the extension for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the extension
• Use automated systems to make excessive API requests
• Redistribute or resell the extension or its content
• Interfere with or disrupt the service

6. Intellectual Property

The ClickDutch extension, its code, design, and content are the property of EasyDutchNews. Translation data, grammar information, and dictionary content are provided for personal learning use only.

7. Limitation of Liability

ClickDutch is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of translations or grammar information. EasyDutchNews shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Netherlands.
